Disk2FDI
These crazy guys proved that it's possible to read in many foreign disk formats using two standard floppy drives at a standard controller. Wow!
But it's closed source and costs 30Euros.
Permanent home of 1581-Copy
Wolfgang Moser wrote an excellent tool to read and write 1581 disks. His page also provides detaild information about Professional DOS, the hardware floppy speeder for C64/C128, and FCopy III, a disk copy program.
The Star Commander homepage
The standard transfer tool for C64 freaks. It handles many image formats and can access Commodore drives via the X*Cables.
