Arjuna needs new drivers for the catweasel card. Old versions below 3.0.3 won't do. Please visit Individual Computers for an update.Furthermore the Qt runtime dll is needed. Please refer to the Misc Downloads for details.

Arjuna uses the non-commercial version of Trolltech's Qt GUI library. You'll need the qt-mt230nc.dll to run Arjuna, get it here or download the complete SDK.
